Myard Universal Hidden Deck Fastener Clips Installation Guide

To install Myard universal hidden deck fastener clips with included screws (hardness 12.9 + dacromet coating), follow these steps:

1. Insert the fasteners into the grooved edge of the deck board.
2. Align the screw hole in the fastener with the center of the joist and screw only halfway down. Do NOT fully tighten the screws.
3. Slide the second board into place, ensuring the fasteners fit into the groove. Install screws and universal fasteners on the other side of the second board in the same manner.
4. DO NOT fully tighten the screw. Tighten screws on fasteners in the first row and repeat steps 1-3 for the remaining deck boards.
5. Hidden fasteners MUST be used at every joist. Tighten all screws after confirming all boards are in the correct place. Use the long #1 square bit included.
6. DO NOT over tighten the screw. Stop tightening when the screw head reaches the plastic part and set a proper torque.
